My Logistics Partner is an international freight forwarding company working out of Dubai, U.A.E., providing complete freight forwarding and logistics solutions to overseas partners and direct customers.
No two consignments carry the same constraints. A season, a shelf life, a customs regime, a budget, a vessel that has already sailed. We are a company of listeners: we take the time to understand what is actually moving before we quote a routing, and then build a tailor-made solution around it rather than around our own convenience.
Behind that sits two decades of hands-on experience in freight forwarding and in customs broking as a Custom House Agent — an unusual combination that gives our clearance work a real edge, and keeps documentation from becoming the thing that holds a shipment at the port.

What we do
Freight, clearance and storage are quoted, booked and tracked by the same team — so nothing is handed to a stranger halfway through the journey.
Full container load, less than container load and non-containerised cargo, moved door to door, port to port or any combination of the two. We hold contractual rates with the major shipping lines, and handle special equipment and hazardous containers where the cargo calls for it.
A dedicated air freight division handling shipments through Dubai and the wider U.A.E. Contracts with major international airlines let us put time-critical cargo on the right aircraft at a workable rate — and close relationships with the carriers are what keep accuracy, efficiency and speed intact under pressure.
Over twenty years routing cargo through Dubai when the direct service is full, too slow or too expensive — sea to air, air to air and air to sea, cleared and re-forwarded from one of the region's best-connected hubs.
In-house clearance at U.A.E. airports and seaports, with particular depth on Indian subcontinent traffic. We know the regulations and the paperwork that actually moves a file — which keeps consignments releasing on time and duties and levies at the lowest lawful figure.
Overland transport across the U.A.E. and the GCC on our own trucking fleet, full truck load or part load, with specialised vehicles where the cargo needs them.
Commercial storage for long and short terms — containerised, refrigerated and hazardous — with inventory management, stuffing and de-stuffing, and redistribution.
A certified dangerous goods team working to IATA regulations, alongside temperature-critical traffic — fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, fish and flowers.
Vehicle shipping in and out of the U.A.E., handled end to end — including the RTA documentation that usually causes the delay.
Trans-shipment via Dubai
Dubai is one of the major multimodal and trans-shipment hubs in the Middle East, with the infrastructure to match. We have spent over twenty years using it — breaking a journey here, clearing it, and sending it on by whichever mode is actually available.
Peak-season capacity
When airspace is tight during peak season out of the Indian subcontinent and the Far East, cargo comes to Dubai by ocean freight. We clear it here and re-forward it by air — cheaper than flying it the whole way, and considerably faster than sailing it.
Operations
Cut-offs, rollovers, peak-season space, a customs query at the wrong hour — the work of a forwarder is mostly the work of staying ahead of these. Seventeen years in Dubai is seventeen years of knowing which call to make first.
